- Lat / Lon: N 35° 47.384' / W 084° 07.068'
- Depth: 10 feet
- Description:
This is a protected anchorage well off the main channel. It is usually less busy than the nearby Pratter Flats. There is a TVA ramp and parking lot here so there can be bass boats coming in and out, and a few boats from the adjacent coves. But usually not much noise. Good holding in 10-15 feet of water. Space for 4-5 boats.
DISCLAIMER: Before committing to an anchorage, you should confirm that the location is not governed by a regulation that may conflict with your plans. An increasing number of states and municipalities are enacting laws that define where and how long you may anchor.
