Delaware River Main Channel - Submerged Obstruction Hazard
Reedy Point Anchorage (Anchorage 3)A submerged abandoned anchor has been reported in Reedy Point Anchorage (Anchorage 3) on the Delaware River. The anchor is located in approximately 34.5 feet of water at mean low low water. During the survey to locate the abandoned anchor, a second submerged object was also identified approximately 700 feet south of the anchor, in approximately 30.1 feet of water at mean low low water.
Mariners are requested to refrain from anchoring in these areas and to use extreme caution when transiting nearby.
This hazard is in effect from December 12, 2025, through June 10, 2026. MSI #33857.
