The 63rd Street Bridge will operate as follows from 7 a.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, through 7 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026: - The draw shall open on signal except that: - Each day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., except Federal holidays, the draw need open only on the hour and half-hour; - From 7:10 a.m. to 9:55 a.m. and 4:05 p.m. to 6:59 p.m., Monday through Friday, the draw need not open for the passage of vessels; - Each day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the draw need only open for the 10 minutes at the top of each hour
