This marina consists of a long dock and boats are moored end-to-end in a long line. The current is strong but the dockhands are experienced and excellent answering the hail on channel 16 quickly and provide explicit directions for entering the channel and making your way to the dock safely. If you are an AGLCA member the harbor host is excellent and very involved. He provided an very helpful briefing about navigating the Delaware Bay down to Cape May. The cute downtown of Delaware Bay is withing walking distance down the canal and Cathys Crab House is 2 blocks away in the other direction. The bath house was clean with a useable shower. Delaware Bay Marina is a worthy stop for a day or two of relaxed sightseeing in a cute little Delaware town.
