Fixed docks in adequate condition. Power and water worked. Pump out available, but didn't use. No fuel or on site repair services. There is free laundry, two front loader washers and dryers. Two restaurants within easy walking distance. Seth says you can borrow his truck for further away errands. Not too far off the GICW. Area smells come from nearby chemical plant. 45 minute walk to downtown Panama City, or Uber. Check out the history museum if into that.

Very nice, well-run marina. Seth the owner/manager is super helpful and was waiting at our slip when we arrived. Located in beautiful Watson Bayou, with excellent protection. Clean bathrooms, two showers, free laundry. Power, water and dockside pump-out. No fuel. Nearby town is walkable, with a few stores and restaurants.

Marina was rebuilt after Hurricane Michael with new fixed wooden docks and power pedestals. Now has a shower with AC, code locks. Seth manages both Emerald Harbor and Bristol marina and is very responsive.

Seth and his wife (I think) met us at the dock and helped us land and tie up in a strong wind! Pump out at each slip worked beautifully, just let the pump run for 10 minutes prior to connecting.
The best part….a 2 block walk to GENE'S OYSTER BAR! The only thing frozen is the French fries! Walter and Jeffrey shuck the oysters right in front of you while Ann. The owner for 30+years chats up the locals! Don't miss! The Grouper, grits and chowders were delicious along with their homemade sauces!

    Emerald Isle Marina Panama city.

Very responsive marina manager named Seth also gave us a contact for a RayMarine technician. Technician was on the boat Monday afternoon to resolve our issues. Marina is undergoing a transition improvements are being made. There is a Dollar general in walking distance is well stocked. They have pump out at the slip, however it was not working due to a hose leak, so we utilized a mobile unit with help from the dock staff. Seth is very responsive and professional. He's also a boat broker. Very pleasant stay for three nights till we got fixed.
