We stayed in the Courtyard Marriot Hotel and left our boat in the marina for two nights. It was awesome! The service was great, the marina has security and the employees were very hospitable. We could watch our boat from our room! Just a lovely experience.

The boat slip was perfectly convenient in the staff was helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. I cannot thank Nick and his whole team enough. Our family will definitely be back to tie off the boat at Clearwater Beach Marina!

This has become one of our favorite marinas for overnights. The docks are floating, clean, and newer. The staff is courteous, helpful, and makes you feel welcome. The Courtyard Marriott amenities are nice and everything is within close walking distance.

If I could give more stars I would. We stayed at the Courtyard next to the marina, and it made for an amazing trip with our pontoon boat. Nick was super helpful with communication and relevant information prior to arrival, as well as being very attentive to our needs for the week we were there. It can be daunting to show up on a new waterway, but I had everything I needed prior to arrival to make for a seamless experience. The location is ideal for walking around the top parts of Clearwater Beach, and it was a wonderful base of operations for a week on the Gulf Coast. Everything about the marina was well run, the bathrooms/showers were close and clean, and the vibes were good! If you can't stay on your boat, staying in the hotel and having your boat literally at the bottom of the elevators is an awesome setup.

Excellent stay! Nick and team were truly fantastic - went above and beyond. Marina very well maintained. Access to the Courtyard's amenities a great plus. Fantastic location -- walking distance to numerous restaurants, the beach, drug store. Looking forward to returning again!

Do not confuse this marina with the Clearwater Beach Municipal Marina! Physically they are close to each other, but the 1st one is another 6 miles or so away by boat and more expensive. This marina is attached to a Marriott hotel and doesn't have a lot of slips. Staff were very helpful, but this was more like staying at a hotel than a marina. We did have access to the hotel laundry and pool, but they wouldn't give us a key card, we had to find a staff member to be let in the secure doors. Felt like a 2nd class citizen. The place was clean with clean bathrooms and showers. The location was excellent and a close walk to everything.

Clearwater Beach Marina is a brand new facility which just opened up on December 1, 2022. Our boat is the first private yacht in the marina. When we arrived, the friendly staff helped us with our lines. They have new, floating wooden docks, 2 bathrooms per gender (one with shower) and access to the Marriott's pool and bars. They are within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and stores. There is no fuel nor pump out.
