The mooring field is crowded, but the facilities were nice. Large dinghy dock with plenty of space. Dinghy dock and facility access can also be purchased for boaters on anchor. The current was strong and we got a waked by passersby a time or two. Be sure to follow the charts getting into the field, as there is shoaling between field and ICW. The marina offers a water tender that will ferry you from your boat to the dock which is nice. Anchor Eats, a local delivery business, makes rounds in the mooring fields occasionally selling food like pizza by the slice. They also do order groceries and boat part deliveries as well.

Room for 6 boats or so south of the field
3/31/26 - Pretty crowded. Only room for a handful of boats south of the mooring field. Anchor came up clean. Took the dinghy to town, explored, and had dinner with friends. So many moorings empty, more space should have been left to anchor.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Nice facilities, great communication on arrival, big dinghy dock and a lot to do in the area. However, the fact that the marina, fuel dock, and mooring fields are not in a no wake zone makes this somewhere I would not stop again. The current keeps you so that all wakes hit you on the beam. The lack of courtesy from passing boaters and even all the police boats makes it suck. Thankfully, at night it stops Even saw all the boats at the marina really rocking from idiots in large boats not slowing. The city has to do something.

Marina staff was fantastic. Mooring field was terrific. Dinghy dock and access to downtown was also great. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. My only complaint would be that, as with almost anywhere, tons of wake from people driving like idiots through the mooring field causing huge wakes.
The marina does offer free pumpouts!View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Good mooring field that can handle some larger boats. Nice dinghy dock, with showers and laundry. The only negative is that it is not in a no-wake zone.
