Beware of billing department! Multiple notices from Equity LifeStyle to slip holders of improper, inaccurate fees, extra charges and slip fees where no contract exists. Holding back deposits and mishandling. Marina management seem unqualified. Good location. Seems like Equity LifeStyle wants the boats but not the owners.

Although the facilities here at Loggerhead are good, I gotta tell ya, the staff is not very accommodating. Having stayed in more than 350 marinas in the past 3 years, when we needed to leave early, we were always, and I mean always, credited for the time not there. This is not the case here. We paid for 4 nights however, after finding that there is absolutely nothing to do here, we decided to move on to Boynton Beach. When asking for a credit; “sorry we do not give credits.” Aside from that, the dockhands were not very friendly much less helpful. They did give me a ride in the golf cart to the office. So, bottom line here is: this is a one night stay marina as you move south. Be prepared to cook on the boat.
