We paid less than $2/ft for dockage for our 44' trawler. The nice small town is about 5 blocks away and has a good hardware store, decent grocery store, and a pizza place. docks are tired, power didn't work at our assigned slip, and they don't sell diesel. Pumpout barely worked. With a decent restaurant or even a hamburger joint, it would be a pretty decent stopover point.

I really want to give this low rating only because of the OUTRAGEOUS price... $3 / foot - which is not competitive in the area.
The service and amenities were all fine, and worthy of 4 stars, but not worthy of that price. And the town is pretty dead. There is a pharmacy, hardware store, grocery store, and a couple of restaurants, but they all close at 7 or 8 pm.
If the price were lower, I'd be back... but not for the this price!WG Editor Comment:
Marina response received 7/16/19:
After considering concerns from boaters, and reviewing a comment on the Waterway Guide made on July 11, 2019, Council at its regular meeting last evening passed a by-law authorizing a reduction in our monthly, weekly and daily dockage fees, and in addition, lowered the launch fee.
