This marina is a lot of fun if you like activity. Jim put me in on the fuel dock (thank you Jim) due to the length of the boat. This was a prime location since we could see and hear the beer garden and live music from our flybridge. No dockhands were present to greet us and help tie our boat up so my wife and I were left to manage it ourselves. The current was strong and we put out 5 lines to secure our boat. The gentleman running the marina store was friendly and there was food, drink, and normal marina store stuff for purchase. Presley's Seafood, directly above the ship store, was very popular and the food was very good yet a tad pricey. Retirees beware. If you choose to share an entree, like we do, they will tack on a $7.00 split plate fee. The beach was within walking distance if you don't mind the exercise. If you are really motivated you can walk all the way up to the Atlantic Ocean.

This is a very nice marina and all by itself at the mouth of the North Edisto River. We were glad to find it. Good restaurant, friendly staff, floating docks. Watch out for the tides. The locals call them "King Tides" and they're wicked, as much as 5 knots! Be sure to dock heading into it

Entry into creek to marina has shoaled recently near beach, so favor the west side where it shows on chart as shoaled, about 200 feet off beach on west, where there are good depths. Good docks, great restaurant upstairs. Entry from ocean is good, just avoid shoals on either side of channel on charts. Great staff!

Nice marina in a quiet part of Edisto. Nice walk to beaches. Restaurants do not open until dinner time. Facilities ok but did not use shower. Friendly staff and live music the night we stayed.

Nice marina and nice staff. Very pet friendly and easy to take your dog for a walk. There are strong currents when the tide is going out, but it wasn't a problem for us to get onto the T-head. There is a nice restaurant on site and there was a guy playing guitar which made for a really nice atmosphere.

The owners are really nice, came back after closing to help us dock. Nice restaurant at the marina. Close to the beaches for great walking. We could not get the GFCI breakers to work with our cords so no power for us. Funny thing is we were at a marina last week that had GFCI breakers and our cords were fine. Also the wifi here was only one bar or less at our location. Finally the bathrooms were pretty rough, badly in need of a painting and some updates. They have just a small shower in each and we quickly ran out of hot water. Overall when comparing to the many other marinas we have stayed it was not worth the $2.50/ft.

Nice place to be. Nice docks, small marina with grocery beyond walking distance. Far far away parts and no maint services. Walk to great beach. Nice people on dock and store, very accommodating and helpful. Restaurant was closed on my visit.
No laundry. Bath and shower in serious need of upgrade and they were dirty. Still, the good outweighed the bad.

Great place to spend a day or three. Easy detour off ICW with nice docks, excellent restaurant(s) and great dock hands. Short walk to the beach. We will be back.
