Due to rain and a fast approaching line of thunder storms we ducked into Blain's Bay Marina for the night. They were quick to answer our hail and cautioned us about the shallow approach. We got erratic depth readings on the way in likely due to considerable water vegetation. The water was quite skinny so we tied at the outside end of the first dock. There was little wind with the rain which was good as the docks are not anchored well enough to hold a boat our size in a strong cross wind. The manager verified as much. $2 per foot included water and 30A electricity (we used a Smart-Y to get 50A/240V). Bathrooms and shower were clean. We didn't ask about restaurants but they did have a few items in a small ship's store. Good place to pull in if you're not too big and draw no more than about 4 feet.
