2022-23 Renovations include new members lounge with kitchen, nice showers and heads, big screen TV and large gathering area with couches and high top tables. 2023 New seawall, docks and travel lift area. Renovations are very well done. Walk or dingy into Wickford Village. Very sheltered slips. Fuel dock is easy access. Transient pole moorings are sometimes available for sailboats only, but can be difficult to tie up to in a strong cross wind (northerly or southerly). There are also 4 moorings outside the Wickford Harbor seawall that might be available to transients, but are exposed in a southerly wind.

We went here to avoid Hurricane Henri. They are very sheltered nice floating docks. They advertise that they are a hurricane hole and indeed they are. No boats seemed to sustain any damage even though the eye passed onshore about 20 miles west. Megan did a great job getting us all tied up. Diesel is a fair price. Beautiful area; nice to dinghy around. Easy walk to nice town and groceries. Staff walked the docks during the storm. Restrooms/showers are very nice.

Stayed here on July 6-7, 2021. The docks are very well maintained. The restrooms are clean and some of the best in Narragansett bay. Friendly and helpful staff. The fuel and pumpout is at the same dock. We used our dinghy (vs. walking) to visit the town (free dinghy tie up). We will definitely visit again.
