Very nice, new marina. Close to shops, restaurants, bars! Trip up the bayou was awesome.
Power lines right below the marina are approximately 70’ high, FYI.

The new marina at Heritage Park is a gem. At the upper end of Bayou Bonfouca, it's quiet, well-designed and inexpensive. Walk across the street to Terry Lynn's for breakfast, or stroll the streets of old town Slidell. We spent three days in Slidell and enjoyed the hospitality immensely. We didn't take the train to New Orleans, but heard that's a great way to see the city. We'll be back.
