Great and helpful staff at the dock. Pumpout and fuel facilities very easy to access. Slips are rather extended with posts well beyond the length of most boats, but slips are relatively slender. Good finger piers. Power seems to vary from slip to slip. Mine had a 50a and 30a; another 2 boats down had 2x30a, but power is close to your boat, as is water. Pool is small and gets very crowded. Restaurant service is good but food is just OK. Grills pretty new and nice; huge tent was up for 4th of July and nice to eat under when it rained. Biggest thing to know is Fairlee Creek entrance is challenging and best approached at slack tide. There are idiots swimming/sitting in the water on both sides of the very sharp and narrow turn into the creek. Over/understeer and you might hit one or more of them. Darwin Award candidates.

Awesome facility!! So great in fact, we bought our home slip there!!!!! Multiple floating docks and the rest are beginning to get upgraded. Has a haul out and repair facility on site. Pool, restaurant, par 3 golf course,2 bars…..1@ the restaurant and 1@ the beach. Bathrooms are top notch. Regulars go out of their way to make you feel at home !!! Fuel and pump out are easy to get to. Dockmaster and crew are over the top in being helpful and friendly!!! Office staff is knowledgeable about the area and helping you get where you need to go. Multiple grills and picnic areas on site. Definitely a great stay.

We showed up at this marina a week before the 'summer season' kicked off... it was quiet, but the facilities looked amazing once they will get going. Mark was awesome (dockmaster) and also fueled us up (they were pricy for diesel).

Entry - There are more markers than on the chart, if you draft more than 3', I would make sure to round the points red floating marker, which is pretty far out. Once in the channel, the deep area was in the center of the markers; you can line up on the "No Swimming" large sign. the turn is a TIGHT 90, I was going slow and still needed to reverse to make the turn.

Easier than it looks to get into on a calm day. Fixed docks. With my boat drawing 5’2” it seemed to sit on the mud at some low tides. The dock master Josh was super helpful with tying up as I am singlehanding, also he lent me a portable heater for some cold November days. Marina manager Marcy also terrific for customer service linking me up with service manager Nick, diesel mechanic Mark, and electrical technician Scott. Everyone very capable, responsive and friendly. Stayed in a slip for a couple weeks before being hauled out and shrink wrapped for the winter. I arrived from my home port at Safe Harbor Jefferson Beach Marina in St Clair Shores, Michigan.

Mears Great Oak Landing was the marina we visited. The staff is very nice and helpful. There were six boats in our group and they made sure we all docked next to each other. The whole marina is great! The beach area, the pool and the restaurant are great. This place is always a great time.
