This isn't a fancy spot but it is beyond accommodating and the nicest and helpful owner ever! Lynn will go out of his way to help and his restaurant has great food and is right beside the boats! Very convenient as it is located at the first/last gate of the Champlain canals. A fun place for a stay. Thank you, Lynn, for helping us leave in the pouring rain!
