Convenient overnight stop while transiting Rhode Island Sound, but not good for much else. We anchored off the public beach because the little cove southeast was full of fish traps. Consequently we were a little exposed to swell coming in from the east inlet. A little rolly, but the anchor held well in sand and mud and there is lots of room to put out all the scope you need.
