They are clearly labeled "Town Guest." As of 2023, there were three available; they were some of the outermost, easiest-to-find in the mooring field. It's a very busy harbor with ferries and lobster boats running, so expect some early-morning noise and wakes.
You can land your dinghy at the town dock and walk around. We didn't stay long as the mosquitoes were fierce!View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
