However, we found nothing of the sort. We never had less than 10' of water all the way in from the river to the 2nd set of markers, where we turned to port to anchor in the small bay. We can echo the comments from the 10/7/21 review. We streamed hi-def video on T-Mobile 5G with no problems. Don't know about the other carriers.

Draft: 5.0'Overall Rating:4Holding:4Wind Protection:4Current Flow:4Wake Protection:4Scenic Beauty:5Ease of Shopping:1Shore Access:2Pet Friendly:2Cell Service:3Enter the marked secondary channel into Birdsong Creek on LDB at mm 103.5 in 15 feet of water winter pool. Channel depth minimum is 10 feet. After the second set of buoys move out of the channel into deeper water representing the old creek bed with 15 feet winter pool available. Anchor in 10 feet to minimize scope. Good holding in mud. Good protection from wind and waves but there are two marinas in the back of the bay so there will be small boat traffic moving past you although not at high speeds as the channel has many twists and turns. For those with good charts you can follow the buoys back into the bay and find several more places just off the channel with good holding and lovely surroundings. Shore access is a dinghy ride up the creek to the Birdsong Marina. Cell coverage is good with 2-3 bars for the major carriers.

Draft: 5.0'Overall Rating:5Holding:5Wind Protection:5Current Flow:5Wake Protection:5Scenic Beauty:5Cell Service:5Have anchored here 4 times, most recent 04/15/21. Good holding in stiff mud. Stay to port of marked channel and anchor to port of the second green marker in small bay. The channel markers are off and that is the reason to hug the greens. Some wakes from fishing boats going to marina, but none after sunset. Natural setting, but no shore access. Three bars for AT&T.
