We draw 5.3. Water is low this year. It indicated 5.5-6 (measured from the waterline) on our depth indicator. We anchored middle of channel. 2 barges have gone by and did not affect us. You could take a dog to shore to go to the bathroom, but really no access to anything else.

There is rock mixed with mud. But front anchor set fine. Had trouble setting smaller back anchor in the rocks. Well out of the channel so, no big wake issues. Was a bit shallow 9/17 to go up the smaller channel so we stayed near South end of the island. Beautiful.
