Hay Bay - Long Reach anchorage near Picton, Ontario is a lovely stop. We anchored in 15.6 feet of water with 90 feet of chain and our Rocna/Vulcan anchor held well in the mud. At first we had the place to ourselves but eventually another boat joined us after sunset. We had 3-4 bars of T-Mobile coverage. We did not go to shore so we can't comment on shopping, etc. We had a nice, peaceful evening.
