Echo Bay

Location: Georgian Bay
Lat / Lon: N 45° 11.844' / W 080° 07.743'
Depth: 8 to 28 Feet
Description: The entrance channel is not as tricky as it looks on the charts; just stay to the center. An area showing 4 to 8 feet at the end of the channel is actually deeper and has space enough for a larger boat (mid 40s in length) if it stern ties to the shore to prevent swinging. There is a large rock in the center of the bay you see to port through the narrow channel entering Echo Bay.

Great location no other boat anchored here they were all at San Souci Bay. I stood on the bow of the boat coming through the entrance to the bay just to be on the safe side
