It is shallow on the south entrance, so avoid it. Enter using the only entrance on the east side of the anchorage. We anchored north of the entrance - protected From the North, East, and West. Although, the south is exposed, it would be difficult for the surge to enter strong since it does not have a direct open to the open lake. We are staying through the night and are enjoying the view of the shoreline as it is light up all the way to the Kenosha lighthouse. The houses on top of the bluff are a great addition to the calm feeling of this spot.

Area big enough for several boats. The entrance through the east gap is only safe way in. Coming in from the south takes locale knowledge. Make sure to look at your charts as it is shallow to the south in this area. Sandy and some rocks on the bottom.
