    Followed the directions and we also saw nothing less than 7 feet on the way in. Seems to tie closely to what we saw on the Navionics and AquaMap charts. On our first attempt we tried to follow the channel between the southern island and the dock entrance. That route is much shallower - less than 6 feet
    depth.
    Good holding in thick black mud.
