Enter mid-stream opposite flashing green daybeacon 231A and then favor the north shore; go in slowly and use the depth sounder.
NOTE: PER GA HB 833 DO NOT ANCHOR WITHIN 150 FEET OF A MARINE STRUCTURE SUCH AS A PRIVATE DOCK OR 300 FEET OF A MARINA, OR WITHIN 500 FEET OF APPROVED COMMERCIAL SHELLFISH GROWING AREAS.

Easy access. We shared the anchorage with one other boat. Trees on the north shore would provide protection from that direction but we had light southernly all night. No issues.

Anchored here for the evening on 4/0/22. Easy access right off of the waterway with good holding and room for several boats, though we had the anchorage all to ourselves. Mud bottom held well in a moderate, reversing current.
