Convenient, easy access roadstead Anchorage with moderate protection from S-W winds. Lots of room with good holding in thick black mud with small shells. Wide open if wind beats to the N. Wakes settle each night.

We couldn't get our Mantus #105 to hold in this anchorage, didn't catch at all, first time that's happened, must be very fine mud. It is also full of crab traps and there were four live-a-boards taking up most of the other available space. Easy access to town using pier.

Good holding, 8' deep close to shore & quiet anchorage (except the trains are frequent), Dinghy to Squidlips or the public dock at the library. Was able to conect to Squidlips WiFi

Good holding and protection from the SW to NW, open to Easterling. You can land your dinghy at the long public dock for shore access. Good stop for us as there was very little traffic causing wakes and the light wind was SW and then calm overnight.

Have family in the area so anchored here over the holidays for the ease of shore access. The dinghy dock by the library is nice and never had any issues leaving the dinghy tied all day.

Spent a night here to avoid moving in tstorms. Was ok. Holding wasn’t bad but we did drag a few feet. Probably due to stormy weather.

We spent only one night here. Close to free docks at the library. We did not go ashore. Holding was good and good protection from south and west winds on this side of the bridge. There are a few ‘resident boats’. Squid Lips restaurant with dinghy dock is there as well but was closed on Monday and Tuesdays. Good cell reception on Verizon and Google Fi. Biggest issue are freight trains coming through all night long blowing their horns extensively. Easy stop but nothing exciting here.
