You can dinghy over to the state park dock to get ashore, at least when the park is open.

Several manatees grazing around boat. Narrow channel close to shore on approach, but a 41' Morgan sailboat already moored there. Lots of room for both of us. Good cell service (Verizon). One of our best anchorages!

The path coming in is narrow and shallow in places. I do not recall a place to land a dingy in the anchorage but there are some small mangrove beach areas nearby.
