I recently talked with the owner and was informed that improvements to the land side were in the works. Zern Rigging has moved their offices and workshops to the marina.

PSMC is now a sportfisher marina. All slips will be 50 feet and you pay for 50 feet regardless of length.

Currently, the boatyard has excellent craftsmen to work on your boat.

This magnetic field rotates 180 degrees. It has been this way since 2015 when we first traversed this flood gate. It is a narrow gate so I didn't report it because I assumed most sailors would be manually steering through this opening.
