Free Dock Review for Rock Hall Harbor

Do not tie up to the free dock with a significant south wind. You will be bashing all night and have real trouble getting off. Otherwise fender boards really come in handy or tying fenders directly to the dock pilings

After several years of being closed, Waterman's crab House is open again. Not sure what their policy is for tying up at the rebuilt docks.

Very short, run to the town dock for a dinghy tie up. Not too much right in town but a pizza/sub shop and a Royal Farms.

Anchorage Review for North East River

A strong south wind though would be tricky docking. About a mile to the downtown shops. As an aside I was able to get to Have de Grace the next day using the northern route, which is unmarked. I turned at red marker six at low tide and saw 3 feet of water only a couple times. Otherwise 5 feet or more all the way to Town.
