Great marina. Laundry, showers, restrooms very clean. Two places to eat, upstairs $$, downstairs $. Excellent food both places. Very short walk to South Jetty and Venice Beach. Marina staff excellent.

Stay to green grass side (not beach side) when entering. Deeper coming in than shown on charts. Left this am 1 hour before low tide, saw no depths less than 5 feet. Dingy across channel to first entrance at Gardner Basin. There is a public dock, aquarium, and great little restaurant. Time limit of 4 hours on public dock.

Excellant dock hands. We were going to anchor for the night, but south wind too strong. Made last minute call to marina for overnight dockage, they were able to squeeze us in, and helped secure our boat. Reasonable fuel and dock rate, with two restaurants up walkway.

Great marina. Easy to enter, assisted docking, great staff. Clean laundry on site, next to a large park. Friendly staff and boaters.
