Wish I could report a lot of positive news:
    Positives:
Clean facility, nice pool, nice hot tub.
    Negatives:
Feels like a place run to be a time-share resort; very little attention paid to being helpful/respectful of transient boaters. No one around to help catch lines during high winds and swift tides, or any other time. Made special arrangements to arrive before closing to supposedly get a little docking assistance , yet no help showed up. Charged me a 'holiday premium' vs. published rates. Tried to charge me another 'holiday rate' on March 25th. Had to 'discuss' to get it changed- I hope. Concrete piers have no rub rails. Was promised 50a power - yet there was none on the slip assigned. Baths were hot and steamy with no adequate ventilation - it was cool outside. Other transients helped me dock and volunteered that they too found very few phone calls answered and no help with arriving. Pets are supposedly not allowed. This place has sooooo much promise; just a little 'customer focused' mindset would go a long way in my book. In short, I'd suggest transients think twice about stopping here, and keep their expectations pretty low if they do stop.
