Spent a couple of nights here riding out a front. Great little Marina, good food at the restaurant but limited menu. Staff is fantastic. Of the three docks one is completely unusable as it's falling apart. the other two are serviceable but some slips do not have power or water. as others have mentioned, lots of potential but needs some serious investment to fix it up.

We stayed here from December 2021 to February 2022. Admittedly, it is a very nice marina however, the price is one of the most expensive in Abaco. At the time of our stay, the other marina's in Marsh Harbor were still not open (result of hurricane Dorian). The facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful. Compared to the other marina's this one is a bit further outside of Marsh Harbor (grocery store, liquor store etc.) so it is a bit further of a walk.

There are two restaurants on the marina property. At the time of our stay, there were only a couple other restaurants open in town.

Agree with all of the other comments. We have been here twice with Sea Scouts. This year in August, this was our last stop on our DELMARVA circumnavigation. Sad to hear that Mr. Parks passed away. The marina itself is what you'd expect for the price point. The bathrooms are functional and have showers.
Also, the only "grocery" store in town is closed for business. There is a fresh produce stand now next to the dock where the ferries tie up. It's a bit hard to find - just ask one of the locals and they'll point it out for you.

As others have said, great spot to spend the night. Dockage is free, electric $15. You can only stay one night. Space is very limited. We stayed here in August 2022 and one of the electric pedestals was not working. We were fortunate to arrive early in the day and could choose our spot next to a functioning pedestal. The staff was very helpful, and the restrooms were clean. Restaurants are within walking distance.

We stayed here one of the nights on our DELMARVA circumnavigation in August 2022. As others have said, this marina is quite nice, the folks are very helpful and the facilities are very clean. We will definitely visit Oxford again and stay at this marina.

Cobb's is a great marina - as Bill said, it is the best maintained marina in Little Creek - staff is very helpful. Store is small but we don't use it. One of the best restaurants in the area is a walking distance - also, East Beach Marine and a Food Lion are within walking distance.

Agree with Bob. In winter 2017/2018 they did major maintenance on the floating docks. We have stopped in twice so far this year - we like the town - plenty for the Scouts to do. Folks in town and at the marina are very nice and helpful. Wifi seems to be working fine now.

Agree with Aqua Bob. Nice stop for an overnight stay. Town has a tram that takes you to the visitor center and museum. No grocery stores in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants. Dockmaster very helpful. The current in an ebb tide is very strong.
