We enjoyed two days here in calm conditions. Dockmaster Steve is very welcoming, attentive, and helpful. He recommended visiting the New Croton Dam, which was well worth it and the kind of activity that makes the trip memorable. Convenient town with wide selection of restaurants. Amtrak and Metro North station close by. Our chart indicated 7 feet on the approach but we found always more than 10.
