We called the bridge tender at 11:58 after we passed #15 and indicated we wanted to make the 12 o’clock opening and he said there was no 12 o'clock opening and the next opening wasn’t until 12:30. NO 12 ‘CLOCK OPENING? All the information we have says they open on the hour and half hour...
