Ran for cover here as NW wind 10 mph with gusts to 15 was coming. I was originally 150 yards further. But the following night, winds where NE 15-20west with gusts to 30. I did not move except when the wind switched from north to east and back a few times. Anchored in 15ft with 60ft of chain and 20ft of rode
This spot is tight to get into as it has racing lanes to the north west and mooring balls to the east. But once you get in, you are safe from all but SW winds

Communication and staff assistance was excellent while trying to get a slip and while docking.
Protection from all but a northerly wind.
Pet access. The only issue I had was the finger dock request due to dingy on the stern was not adequate. The fingers are only 4’ and the are fixed.
Great location and quiet at night.
