Bridge comment on Broad Causeway Bridge

January 8 we approached the bridge in the the time that the Bridgemaster stated. We were at the marker, we were under heavy wind and could make the crossing. He refused to let us go, made us wait 30 minutes! Not only dangerous but terrible management of the waterway.
