Really nice and quiet (calm) marina. The staff was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this marina! Friendly staff and very good facilities. Within walking distance to great restaurants. Transient slips are well situated and protected. Side note for the onsite restaurant - best steak I've had in years!

I had one experience here, and it was not the best. The fuel must have been at an end, as I had a lot of junk in the tank after filling up, and, the water to fill the water tank was not available.

Great staff and the perfect location. Prior to crossing the sound - this is a great spot to get fuel and grab some snacks for the boat.

If I could give this group more stars, I would. We needed a transient slip on a relocation trip, but were running late. The staff stayed an hour after closing to make sure we made it ok and were well situated. The location is great and within walking distance are some great restaurants.

Great dockmaster, great staff, great service. Fuel and pumpout available. Note - there is traffic in and out with a ferry ... be mindful.

I visited the marina for a pump out and fuel. The staff was exceptionally attentive. The marina has a nice little ship's store too.

I have gone to Zimmerman three times, for work ranging from thru-hulls, painting and fiberglass, all the way to electronics and plumbing. Nick (the manager) is very good with communications and the team is friendly.

A little marina that is friendly to transients, has great staff, and a fun (but loud) restaurant! If you like a party type restaurant onsite, and a nearby fuel dock - look no further and the friendly staff at Cherry Grove will take care of you.

I had the opportunity to spend two weeks at Cricket Cove - and it was a great time. First, the small marina is in a very quiet cove, offering shelter from the traffic in the ICW, quick access to a nearby fuel dock, and a restaurant onsite that offers great food and music. A great experience.

With a New Gas Dock and transient space!!
This is my hailing port; I've been here a few years and it proves itself time and again to be one of the very best places in the Carolinas! The staff is exceptional - they go out of their way for every long term or transient mariner, to make their stay the best it can be. The marina has full fuel services (discounted for Safe Harbor members), pump out, bathrooms and laundry. At the marina are two restaurants, Rusty Hooks and Joseph's Italian Bistro. I've made Rusty's my goto lunch and dinner place - everything on the menu is fabulous (try the bloody Mary special!). Access to the beaches and historic Southport is within a VERY close distance. While navigating the ditch - make a stop by this great marina!
