this bridge often opens at times very out of schedule from what is listed, for instance a friday night at 8pm or a saturday afternoon at 4pm, it is a slow moving bridge that can take up to 10 minutes to open and close. This causes a mass amount of traffic as this is a 2 lane road that merges into a one lane road
