Place could be nice but isn't. No one answers the phone and when someone finally does they clearly are not equipped to help. Power at the 50 amp outlet was 10 amps. Docks are in poor repair. When I checked in I was the told the advertised rate was raised 7 months ago and was an additional $0.50 a foot. Pass by.

  Apparently this boater did not see that the rate charged IS the rate published here...i am unable to verify this boater stayed with us without more info.
