Picked up a mooring ball for one night. Quick on/off the ICW. Was initially nervous about depth, drawing 6.1’; however, never saw less than 7.5’. Office staff was friendly and more than accommodating when plans to stay longer changed quickly. Newly remodeled marina store and restrooms/showers. Laundry, dingy dock, lounge area, fuel, and pump-out all available. Would recommend and would stay again!

Convenient location to the city and directly off channel. Floating docks. You can catch wakes all night from large ships passing by. Note- during Covid... bathrooms and showers are not open). Free laundry between 8-5.
Howie was a rockstar from the time of arrival... helping us get tied to the dock, fuel up, pump out, and with anything else we needed. He made the stay increasingly better with his kindness and helpfulness.

Strong current. Will reverse you 180 degrees. Good holding in mud/muck.
Some wind protection (not from all directions). Closest anchorage off of Masonboro Inlet.

Would highly recommend! Great service and amenities.
Was welcomed by (Terry? Maybe) who helped us get into our slip for the night, and also helped us when leaving early the next day. Had laundry, bath/showers, fuel, and a courtesy car.
Close to town (groceries and restaurants).
    Plan on coming back.
