Love this marina even though we are in our second year in a transient slip. Beautiful marina surrounded by tall condos and a fun atmosphere. The only problem is the avail of a pump out; unfortunately you have to leave the marina and transcend a small lock to empty your tanks, and reverse the locks to return to your slip. A real pita. Staff is great!
