We enjoyed our one night stay at River Forest Manor Marina. We were met by 2 dock hands who tied Ti Amo up and hooked up her power. We took advantage of the in-slip fueling capability. Dinner at The Bistro was good and the bathrooms (2) are spacious with towels and bath gel, shampoo & conditioner in roomy showers. Water was hot and pressure was great! Bathrooms were well maintained.

Contacted the bridge today (5/2/25). The construction is ongoing and the opening schedule remains limited on weekdays. Weekend schedule openings on top of the hour only.

Sally was so helpful and kind about our reservation dates changing. Vivien in the office was also very helpful and answered many of our questions. She is a Harbor Host for AGLCA in Burlington! The marina is so clean, well cared for and the showers and lavatories were private and conditioned. It was a joy to use them! The 2 dock hands we met, Juniper and Cal, were efficient and so pleasant. We got fuel and a pumpout before heading to our easy to get into slip! This is one of our best stops on the loop and worth every penny charged. The rec path was steps outside the marina for biking/walking and ample spots for Juno's needs. It is also an easy walk up to Church street full of shops, restaurants and churches!

Transient docks were great. Ladies facilities were good; guys facilities needed a deep clean! Fun and festive marina. Nice park for dogs and downtown is hopping! Very walkable and nice marina. Restaurants galore!

We enjoyed the friendly relaxed vibe of this place. New York marinas are "slick" - HMB is not. As we were docking, Steve said if we didn't like the spot, he'd find another for us. Steve is so "real" - warm and welcoming. The locals at the marina obviously adore him and help out. They all want to make everyone's stay great! We loved the walking path to haircuts, nail place, & car rental. Seeing the 9-11 memorial sun dial and Croton dam was amazing. The walking paths at this marina are great for doggies. We really enjoyed our 2 days here.
