The Half Moon Bay of the Tombigbee waterway! It's a dock to tie up to with water, fuel, power and a shower! The private restroom/shower is located just up the hill. Randall was very helpful and friendly. It's a sight for sore eyes and a gem on the river system! I would definitely stop again. It's a right of passage for loopers, don't miss it.

This is a great little town with all of the amenities. It's a concrete wall with electricity and water. There are floating docks but without electricity, except for one pedestal at the free pump out dock. The bathroom/showers are located at the welcome center and are very clean. The doors lock at 11pm. Donations are accepted but otherwise it's a town courtesy. The "Its a wonderful life" museum is very interesting and well worth a visit!

This is a great little town with all of the amenities. Electric is $5.00 and is on the honor system. There are restrooms at the amphitheater with showers (25 cents a shower) Nice facilities. A bit of a walk to the restrooms if you are across the canal. You can cross over at the lock and do not have to walk all the way to the bridge.

Onancock Wharf Marina and Onancock Va. is a gem and our favorite stop on The Great Loop so far. Great little town with a lot of good restaurants, a great bakery and super friendly and helpful people. Take the ferry with Captain Moonie to Tangier Island Va. for the day. He is a native of the island and is very personable and informative. What a great asset to the town. The marina is very nice with four private bathroom suites and free laundry. The dock master was super helpful and even used his personal boat to tow us to our slip when our steering failed. We will be back!
