Bridge tender office is around a curve southward, she will not open the bridge for anything unless she can see you. Makes it impossible to schedule the opening when coming from the Camino Real bridge. So I got here on the dot, and still had to wait thirty minutes. Very inconvenient.

Not sure why, but the bridge tender made us wait 30 minutes past 445 when we arrived and could see he did not open it for the third quarter hour. Traffic wasn't too busy either on a Tuesday. Very disappointed in the bridges responsibility to stay on draw schedule. What's the point of a schedule if they can decide to NOT OPEN??!

Bridge is all cleaned up, only east side opens currently. Opened on the hour for us and a barge. Clearance for all to come through now! No height restrictions anymore.
