Customer service is next to non existent! Called day after day, voicemail after voicemail and no return call. Finally found an email address which they responded to so we headed in. On our approach, we hailed them on the radio, no answer. Called on the phone & they finally answered and helped us in.
Checked in and found the marina raised their rates (as of April 2024) and now charges $3.25 per ft plus $20 per day for 50 amp power. We wanted to stay 1 week but No weekly rate so we left after 2 days and headed to north side of Deltaville where we paid 1/3 the price.
The 2 days we were here, we were on A Dock which is fixed and the fingers are very short so we had no real good way to get off our boat other than climb up off the side rail. It's Impossible from a swim platform as docks are too high.
Only plus, they have nice bikesView location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

4/7/2024 Marina charges $2.12 per ft. We were assigned B2 which has no dock on the port side (stern in) to get on or off the boat. The backside wall is too high to reach so only option was climbing up onto the unsecured concrete wall starboard side. Glad we're only here 1 night.

The waterway guide is WRONG on all pricing for this marina!! We stayed 1 night (43') and paid $160! The actual price is $3.25 per foot, plus 50 amp electric (30 amp=$5, 50 amp=$10, 100 amp=$15), plus tax!
Also, their pumpout machine is broken.
I do have to mention the people who work here are great.-

Amazing marina & employees!!! Amy is THE BEST!!! We wanted to stay in Florence for the weekend but there was no room. Amy worked her magic and got us space even if we had to park on the gas dock, we were willing!!! It's the people that make the difference and Amy is one of those people.

Was a nice stop especially after being stuck in the rain through 9 locks however this place felt very shady in that they didn't have a radio to call in on so I called the number in the New york canal guide but was given a different number to call which sounded like someone's personal line by the way he answered. He told me the dock guy 'Gabriel' would catch us when we arrived, but Gabriel didn't really have a clue how to tie a boat, then wanted cash only ($1 per ft), refused to give us a receipt because he said his boss isn't there and theres no office. We asked for a key to the bathrooms/showers but he said he didn't have one because he can't access the drop box. I then called the number again but the guy never answered. Several other boaters tried calling him too but the guy never answered them nor called any of us back after leaving messages. It really felt shady and maybe we should have refused to pay like one of the other boats who pulled up after us.
