We'd picked up the Maptech Cruising Guide that had 3 moorings available if they had a yellow flag on them which meant the ball owner was away and that you could use them. We didn't come across any yellow flag, but did see one ball marked "guest" that's found on right side of mooring field (1st one) past the red marker. If we are approached to leave, we'll find a place that we can anchor in, this area has been dredged, so we doubt we can anchor here, but we're getting used to anchoring on our 2400nm Eastern Loop we're finishing up after beginning this beautiful sail of North American coast from west of Montreal, QC .

The current is abit much there. There's a lot of rolling. Even attached to a dock. Because of constant wake from pleasure boaters going by.
The positives are there's a beautiful park, that has performance's 6 out of 7 days. You have good seats at your boat. Short walk .. a mile to Hannaford's . A lot of history in the town itself.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
