Marina Review for Eastport Marina on Pickwick Lake

Depth was plenty deep going in with 19'+ at the dock. There are 5 covered docks which are clearly marked A-E. The T at the end of E dock was where they put us. Cleats are inadequate. Staff tied to metal "posts" supporting the roof. The water was turned off but they would provide water if we needed it. We didn't. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a beach about a mile away where dogs can play snd swim. $1.50/foot duel 30amp

Lock comment on Pickwick Locks and Dam

Draft: 2.5'Pickwick lock master had the lock ready for the 3 boats that timed it to arrive at the same time. The floating bollards are numbered on the bollard.7, 1, & 2 starboard and port are the smoothest rides. Tied bow and mid-cleat with 2 wraps on the bollard as directed, with knife at the ready. We could see the turbulence behind us. Our easiest lock through.
