This is a great dingy dock. Easy access to all of downtown West Palm. DockMaster is normally there and we have never had any issues leaving our tender here while going for provisions or to eat at the may great restaurants that are within a 1/4 mile of the dock.
It is great to see that West Palm Beach wants boaters business, unlike Miami.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

This is a really excellent facility well within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as a Publix supermarket. There are trash receptacles in the park area at the end of the dock, as well as grassy areas for pet relief. There is a public restroom northwest of the dock. We were fortunate enough to arrive on a Saturday when there was a farmer's market and art fair in town. The floating dock is in good condition, however the posts the docks are attached to are outside the dock and are formidable obstacles for docking. My 32 foot LOA plus dinghy overhang Ranger Tug fit nicely between two of these posts, however I was unable to leave the dock until the tide changed due to the strong current and strong wind. On my attempt, with assistance on the dock trying to push me off and using both thrusters, I could not overcome the side current and would definitely have hit the one of the posts and their metal surrounds hard if I hadn't aborted. I wound up staying until the tide changed and then anchoring at the nearby anchorage. (This turned out to be a good thing since I was securely tied at the dock when a thunderstorm came through.) These docks are free for the day and the No Overnight rule is strictly enforced. I would definitely stop here again if I was in the area.

Two large floating docks perfectly located in downtown WPB with unlimited bars, restaurants, entertainment. Location of SunFest annual music; as well as PB Boat Show.

No service, no amenities, no security, no charge. A great location with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby.
