It is just a wall. Unable to locate any rings to tie up, but there are large bollards. With little to no current and no tides, it is a good place to stop so you are not heading into the sunset. Overall, it is what it is, like primitive camping but on a yacht with a generator and air conditioning.

Wall only, no power, no fresh water. Water depth at wall 6-7'. Good spot to wait for availability to GG 2 and entrance to Flight Locks. Wait is sometimes 10 minutes and sometimes hours depending on situation. Rings in concrete to allow tie up, better than treading water.
