Just an update of the previous reviews. There is a wall between 2 floating docks. We used one of the floating docks and there was another 40 ft. boat on the other with a sailboat tied to the wall. There are two electrical pedestals, one at the top of each ramp to the floating docks. Each pedestal had two 30 amp outlets and two 50 amp outlets on each pedestal so there is power for 4 boats. There is a pump out station that appears to be in good working order but we did not need it. The dock is in a nice small park, very well maintained and clean. The town is just across the bridge but there was not much open. We grabbed a pizza to go at Papa's and it was very good.

There is room for (4) 40' boats.
A sailboat with 5.5' draft grounded softly about 2 or 3' from the wall.
Covid hurt the town, with the hardware store and several restaurants no longer in business. The price is right, and the surroundings are pleasant. A town map and directory is posted near the wall & docks. The town is very walkable, and while the Brick Church Museum and Mill Museum are only open a few hours a week, there is a phone number posted, to get a special viewing.

This is a free wall, with 2 small floating docks if you do not want to tie up to the wall. (All side ties). The water and electric are at the top of the wall, near the ramp to the floating piers. Some have noted that it is noisy because of the train traffic. Although the trains are frequent during the day, they taper off at night. There is supposed to be a pump out, but we did not use it. We ate on board, as the docks are on the south side and the town itself (and the restaurants) are on the north side.
