This post has a picture of the "rules" as posted at this free dock. Looks like 72 HOURS of docking is allowed! Lots of public foot traffic... so you might not want to leave your boat unattended or unlocked?

Outside Face Reserved For 10 Minute Loading Only.
Pulled up to this new dock and sign said there's a fine for exceeding the 10 minute limit on the outer face dock.
Called Captain Jim at JaxParks. He explained that this dock is mostly for water taxis, but inside portion of dock may be used per the free 72 hour deal around the downtown free docks.
I'd say that the inner portion of the docks can accommodate two 25' boats.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
